MINIMUM STAY 2 NIGHTS.

All apartments have a private outdoor space on the ground floor.
Numbers 6 and 7 have use of two panoramic terraces on the first floor.
Internet wireless in all apartments.

The price includes

• Pool
• Bed and bath linen
• FREE Internet WI-FI
• Use of the swimming pool and annexed changing room
• Use of the Solarium, including sun umbrellas, deck chairs and loungers
• Use of the equipped BBQ area
• Use of the private parking place
• Satellite TV
• Use of the fully equipped kitchen
• Consumables (electricity, water and gas)

Rates do not include

• Use of the washing machine (€ 3.00 per wash)
• Additional beds and cribs (€ 25.00 each)
• Heating gas at €4.00/cubic meter. Average cost 5 to 10 euro per day
• From October to April gas charges are based on actual consumption (€ 4.00 per cubic metre)

Cancellation Policy (Standard Rate)

• Cancellation free of charge up to 30 days from the date of check-in
• Cancellation from 30 days to 8 days from check-in: 25% penalty (on total price)
• Cancellation from 7 days until check-in: 100% penalty (of total price)

Also Non-Refundable Rates are available (clearly at discounted prices compared to Standard Rates).

Check-in / check-out times

Check-in: on Saturdays from 15:00 to 19:30.
Check-out: on Saturdays no later than 10:00.
