DAILY RESERVATIONS
The price is per night for Apartment for daily bookings. MINIMUM STAY 2 NIGHTS.
FOR THE PERIOD FROM 01st JANUARY to 21st JUNE & FROM 07th SEPTEMBER to 31st DECEMBER WE ALSO ACCEPT RESERVATIONS DAILY. For more information please contact us by e-mail: info@podereilpino.it.

The price includes
- Bed and bath linen
- Use of the swimming pool and annexed changing room
- Use of the Solarium, including sun umbrellas, deck chairs and loungers
- Use of the equipped BBQ area
- Use of the private parking place
- Satellite TV
- Use of the fully equipped kitchen
- Consumables (electricity, water and gas)
Rates do not include
- Use of the washing machine ( 3.00 per wash)
- Use of wireless internet service ( 20.00 per week)
- Additional beds and cribs ( 25.00 each)
- Cleaning on departure at 10.00 per person (no charge for children under 12 years of age)
- From October to April gas charges are based on actual consumption ( 4.00 per cubic metre)
Terms of payment
On booking: 25% of total amount to be paid by credit card, bank transfer, money order or travel cheque.
Balance payable on arrival in cash or by credit card.
Security deposit of 150.00 payable on arrival (reimbursable on departure).
Check-in / check-out times
Check-in: on Saturdays from 15:00 to 19:30.
Check-out: on Saturdays no later than 10:00.
