All apartments have a private outdoor space on the ground floor.
Numbers 6 and 7 have use of two panoramic terraces on the first floor.
Internet wireless in all apartments.
The price includes
- Bed and bath linen
- Use of the swimming pool and annexed changing room
- Use of the Solarium, including sun umbrellas, deck chairs and loungers
- Use of the equipped BBQ area
- Use of the private parking place
- Satellite TV
- Use of the fully equipped kitchen
- Consumables (electricity, water and gas)
Rates do not include
- Use of the washing machine (€ 3.00 per wash)
- Use of wireless internet service (€ 20.00 per week)
- Additional beds and cribs (€ 25.00 each)
- Cleaning on departure at € 8.00 per person (no charge for children under 12 years of age)
- From October to April gas charges are based on actual consumption (€ 4.00 per cubic metre)
Terms of payment
On booking: 25% of total amount to be paid by credit card, bank transfer, money order or travel cheque.
Balance payable on arrival in cash or by credit card.
Security deposit of € 150.00 payable on arrival (reimbursable on departure).
Check-in / check-out times
Check-in: on Saturdays from 15:00 to 19:30.
Check-out: on Saturdays no later than 10:00.
